Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
Returns
Opened Ayurvedic products generally cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is defective or wrongly shipped.
Refund process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable banking period.
